Bangalore, Tech capital of India is expanding exponentially. And the fight is between getting a stable government in Karnataka to developing and solving all the issues in Karnataka. Bangalore is the largest city in Karnataka and one of the most important in India. Since the IT sector in India is growing rapidly, people are migrating from their hometowns to the metropolitan cities for more job opportunities. Migration in India is one of the huge internal problem faced by all the native people of the respective states. Most of the people from North of India migrate to Mumbai in search of their dream and making it one of the most populous cities in the world. Due to this factor, fulfilment of each and every person's requirement is hampered and therefore this supply of the requirement is reduced and prices hike in all the major cities.
On Queensland, London is one of the most expensive cities in the world and still Londoners are prepared to fulfil their demands. Housing in London is so expensive that it is rated as most expensive in the world. Basic housing renting in London is more than $5000 pm in central London and $4000-$4500 pm in the nearby area. Londoners are paying 3 times more than other European cities such as Amsterdam, Brussels etc. This is due to migration of people in European cities in search of jobs, better lifestyle etc.
Same trends of housing are followed in Bangalore as renting in Bangalore is getting expensive day by day. Most of the working class in Bangalore pay the half of their annual income in rent. Basic housing in Bangalore in central area will cost you more than Rs.20000 pm and Rs.10000-15000 in the nearby area. So the cost of living in Bangalore as per Indian income is much higher than other cities in India. As per statics Mumbai & Delhi is also expensive for a living but renting is comparatively higher in Bangalore.
As compared to London, even Bangalore has an expensive transport system. Due to the overcrowded street, travel time from one point to another increase and to make up for the fuel and energy resource apparently cost of transportation increases. In London, a monthly pass will cost you about $120 and in Bangalore for Rs.1200. So as per Indian standard, it's quite high than other cities. In Mumbai local transport is cheap and well connected while in Bangalore Metro connections are being constructed and will take time to become operational. Many people travel by HeliTaxi to avoid traffic congestion and salvage their precious time so they can spend that time with their families and friends. Helitaxi costs you not less than Rs.4000 per trip which is not affordable for all the working class people in India.
These are the few concerns which are being talked about in India. In Bangalore, everything is getting costlier day by day. Even a meal in a mid-range restaurant will cost you not less than Rs.1000 and this is a serious issue with the middle-class family. Metropolitan cities are most important cities in India, from where Indian economy gets a stronghold and if the people living over there are not getting facilitated properly then there will be a shortage of labour and people for the industries and that will affect all the businesses and industries in the city.
Let's just say, the Government of Karnataka is in the process of finding out the solution for the migration of the people and how to accommodate and fulfil their requirements on a better scale in future.
